Hatebreedis a moshcoreband from Bridgeport and New Haven, Connecticut. The band started in 1995, and quickly became one of the top bands in the genre due to their intense musical style and constant support and work for the scene. Most of their lyrics focus on the daily struggle to do what is right, become a better person, and not take any crap, all in brootal package. They are an inspiration of pure grinding discipline to stay true to yourself and eliminate all obstacles in your path. They quickly released a 3 song demo and then a split with New York's Neglect.
